Who we are

The Bermuda Chamber Music Festival launches its inaugural season in 2025, bringing world-class chamber music to the island and celebrating Bermuda’s rich musical heritage. A program of the Bermuda School of Music, presented in partnership with the Bermuda National Gallery, the festival will transform the island’s premier visual arts space into an intimate concert hall where audiences can experience music with extraordinary immediacy and depth.

Founded by cellist Isaiah Pennington, the festival is dedicated to creating transformative musical experiences through public performances and educational initiatives that reach young people across the island. Each spring, renowned artists will gather in Bermuda to perform timeless masterworks alongside new commissions inspired by Bermuda’s beauty and culture, bridging past and present while nurturing a vibrant musical future.

This is music at its most vivid and alive—an experience you won’t want to miss. Join us in building a cultural tradition that will inspire generations to come.
